We work in small teams of 2 or 3 midwives, and there is always a midwife on-call to provide care when you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most of your pregnancy care will happen at appointments in our clinic/office. Your clinic visits will include clinical care, information sharing, advice and support to help you make the best and informed choices. We are able to order all of the tests that you will need (including ultrasounds).
You will have appointments every four weeks until 34 weeks of pregnancy, then every two weeks until your baby is born. After your baby is born, you (and the baby) will continue to have appointments with your midwives until the baby is about 6 weeks old.
